Priva ("the app", com.rka.priva) is a privacy tool that blurs faces
and sensitive details in your photos and videos. Privacy is the product, so we collect as little as
technically possible.
All face detection and redaction runs entirely on your device using on-device AI. We never upload, transmit, store, or have any access to the images or videos you open in Priva. We cannot see your media. There is no Priva server that receives your content.
Optional Priva Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. To do this, a pseudonymous app-generated identifier and your purchase/subscription status are processed. This data is tied to your purchase, not to your identity, and is used only to deliver and restore the features you paid for. Payment details are handled by Apple/Google and are never seen by us.
Priva asks for camera and photo/media access only so you can pick or capture the media you want to redact. Access is used in-app for that purpose alone, and the selected media is processed locally.
Priva is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new date.
